Merchandise Prices

The prices listed do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be charged for all sales made to New York customers.

Shipping

Items shipped domestically will be sent via USPS First Class. 

Items shipped internationally will be sent via USPS Package International Service. Shipping charges include insurance and tracking.  International tracking past the US border is only available to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland. The delivery time is estimated to be from 11 to 20 business days. Add a message if you want to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail International. Please note for international sales- import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyers responsibility.  Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase. 

Returns

Purchases may be returned for refund up to 10 days after the item(s) have been received.  Please send a message thru the contact page, or email joolree@gmail.com, if you would like to return merchandise.  

Repairs

Some items may be repairable for a fee. If a repair is needed please send a message to inquire via the contact page or email joolree@gmail.com.

Forms of Payment

Credit card and Paypal payments accepted. Orders paid via Paypal will ship after the payment is received.
